In belated celebration of National Women in Solar Energy Week, we’re supporting the non-profit W.I.S.E. (Women In Solar Energy) to help empower women to find career success in the solar industry.
Things are looking up for us ladies- women made up 28% of the solar workforce in 2016, up from 18.7% in 2013. Take a look at a couple #WISEWarriors who are breaking the solar industry glass ceiling at FL Go Solar:

What’s Next For Solar in Florida?
Living in the Sunshine State, I would like to see every roof top with solar. Why are we so far behind in installations when we’re 3rd in the country for production? Seeing little ones in this world, I want to be a part of the big picture towards making our world a better place.

How Did You Get Involved in Solar?
